Baba Farid Sr. Sec. School organized an event named Innovative use of fruits and Vegetables.

 Students of 10+1 and 10+2 participated in these both competitions. Here more 10 student participated and showed their creativity. Student stunned everybody by creating a whimsical pieces of art work on jewelry with the help of vegetables. Keeping in view the increasing price of gold, BFSSS students used different vegetables like Carrot, Radish, Onion, Lemon, Lady finder and Pea etc. To make creative and unique and traditional ornaments. Sh. B.D. Sharma (Deputy Director, Activities, BFGI), Ms. Simranjeet Kaur  (Co-ordinator, Co-curricular Activities, BFGI), Mr. Kulwinder Singh (Vice Principal, BFCE), Ms. Ranbir Kaur (Dean, Student Welfare, BFC) graced the event as judges this event. In jewelry making competition the following students won 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize and consolation prize respectively.

Third:-              Sarbjeet Kaur & Kulwinder Kaur (10+2 N.M-C)

Consolation:-    2. Sukhdeep Kaur & Hardeep Kaur (10+1 N.M.-E)

S. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal, Managing Director, BFGI, congratulated the students and said that it’s a great idea to make amazing jewelry, gifts for family members with the affordable material like vegetables and fruits he showed his gladness at the creativity and imagination of students.Principal S. Baljinder Singh and Vice Principal Ms. Navninder Kaur Dhillon appreciated the students for such magnificent performance.
