DENGUE RALLY ORGANIZED BY BFSSS DURING ONE DAY NSS CAMP.

One day NSS Camp was organized by BFSSS on Dec 11,2013 under the guidance of Mr. Jasvir Singh( Co-ordinator, Social welfare,BFSSS). In the camp, a rally was conducted at village Mehma Sarja regarding Dengue. This rally was flagged by Dr. Raguveer Singh Randhawa (Distt. Health Officer , bathinda, Dr. Harbhajan Singh Hyer (Civil Hospital Bathinda), Sh. B. D. Sharma (Deputy Director Activities, BFGI) and Sh. Harpal Singh(Deputy Director Facility Management, BFGI).Before flagging off the rally, Information regarding Dengue-its causes, precautions its effects of chewing tambacco, and cure was given by Dr. Randhawa to the students volunteers of two units of NSS. Participated in this event and culture program was also presented by the students. At the end, a vote of thanks was delivered by Vice Principal of BFSSS Ms. Navninder Kaur, S. Bljinder Singh Sidhu ,Principal of BFSSS appreciated the  efforts of Mr. Jasvir Singh for organize such camp. Chairman of BFGI S. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal also applauded the initiative taken by school staff.

POWER POINT PRESENTATION COMPETITION ORGANIZED AT BFSSS

For the development of the technical knowledge and creativity of the students , Computer deptt. of BFSSS organized a Power Point Presentation Competition. In this competition, Total fifteen teams participated and in each team there were two students. Students prepared effective PPT's on different topics. During this competition, Judgment was made by Ms. Bhawana Mittal(HOD BCA,BFC) and Er. Jarnail Singh (Asst. Prof. BFCET). Judges were confused to give their final decision. First position was secured by Team No. 3(Manpreet Kaur & Sumanpreet kaur), Second by Team No. 7(Aman Arora & Ravi Kant) and third position bagged by Team no. 9 (Navdeep kaur & Pabhjot Kaur). At the end ,vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Navninder kur ( Vice Principal ,BFSSS) to the Judges and other guests. Principal of BFSSS, S. Baljinder Singh Sidhu motivated the students for participating  in such activities in future also. S. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal, Chairman of BFGI, appreciated the school for organizing such activities. 

STUDENTS OF BFSSS SHONE IN STATE LEVEL CULTURE COMPETITION

By keeping the flag of BFSSS, students brought laurels to school in state level cultural competition organized by PSEB. These competition were held at Lovely Professional University, Jalandar. Sammi, Play, Song, Speech of BFSSS bagged third position in these competition. Under the guidance of Mr. Gurdass Singh, Ms. Geeta Arora and Ms. Tanminder Pal Kaur, It is honorable that  Iqbaldeep Kaur student of 10+2 NM selected as a best actor in play. Principal of BFSSS S. Baljinder Singh Sidhu, congratulated the staff and the students for their achievements. Chairman of BFGI , S. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal also congratulated  and motivated the students and staff for their efforts.
